Smudge-Free Eye makeup Photo Tutorial

When I am not in a mood to use colors on my eye lids I prefer this look. It’s simply black lined eyes which doesn’t smudge throughout the day. This look I will pair with  red coloured lips.
This is very simple using one eyeliner and one eyeshadow. You need a smudger and an angular brush.

I have used

  • Colorbar I-glide pencil in Blackout as Kohl as well as eyeliner.
  • L’oreal Paris Infallible Eyeshadow in Burning Black
  • Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Mascara
  • The brushes I have used are smudger and angular brushes from Vega.

The products and brushes

Apply kohl on your upper and lower waterlines

Kohl in the eyes

Line your half of the upper lashline with a black eyeliner from the outer corner towards the inner corner

Upper lashline – half lined with black liner

Line the rest of the upper lashline starting from the inner corner of the eye towards half joining with the rest of the line. It is done this way so that the liner will not go distorted, which usually happens when we draw the liner from end to end.

Upper lash line fully lined

Now line the lower lashline also with the same black liner but don’t line till the inner corner. Leave it upto only 3/4th of the lash line.

Liner on lower lash line

Now using the angular brush we have to apply a dark eyeshadow, preferably black over the eyeliner on the upper and lower lashlines. Wet the brush before picking up the eyeshadow.

Eyeshadow on the lashlines

Now smudge the eyeshadow on upper and lower lash lines using a smudger brush.

Smudged eyeshadow over the liner on both the lash lines

Final touch is given by applying the mascara, atleast two coats.

Mascara on the lashes

This eye makeup will last throughout the day without your eyes bleeding giving raccoon eyes. The eyeshadow on the liner will prevent it from smudging.

Now the final look.

This is how it looks!

Bye bye….
