A soft black smokey eye using MAC Carbon – Recreated!

I had posted the same before but I found it not upto the mark so I am recreating this look for you through a photo tutorial

Applied Lotus Kajal all over the eyelid

Smudged the kohl with MAC Carbon all over the lids and on lower lashline

Blended well

Soften the edges using a brown eyeshadow

Blended the brown eyeshadow all over the crease and slightly above to soften harsh edges. Applied lack liner on the upper lashline

Applied a highlighter shade on the inner corner to open up the eyes and applied mascara on the lashes

The final look

This is not  a very intense look. You can wear this look even during  day time. MAC Carbon is not a jet black shade, it looks more like a matte grey so you can use it with a light hand for a soft look.

Soft smokey eyes
